Little Musician is a vibrant group piano program where children dive into music through play, movement, and hands-on keyboard experiences. Using colorful props, interactive games, and fun mini-performances, kids develop rhythm, pitch recognition, and early piano skills in a lively, supportive environment.

Little Musician: Explore, Play, and Create Music (Ages 5–10)

“Little Musician” Big Process

Level 1 – First Sounds

Approx. 1 month

Students learn:

  • Proper sitting and hand position

  • Finger numbers

  • High and low sounds

  • Keyboard basics

  • Simple patterns and songs

Goal: Students become comfortable at the piano.

Level 2 – Music Basics

Approx. 2–3 months

Students learn:

  • Basic note reading

  • Steady beat and rhythm

  • Simple melodies

  • One-hand playing

  • Basic musical symbols

Goal: Students begin reading and playing simple music.

Level 3 – Playing Together

Approx. 3–5 months

Students learn:

  • Two-hand coordination

  • Simple chords

  • Musical dynamics (soft/loud)

  • Short performance pieces

Goal: Students play complete pieces with both hands.

Level 4 – Young Performer

Approx. 4–6 months

Students learn:

  • Stronger note reading

  • More advanced rhythms

  • Musical expression

  • Performance preparation

Goal: Students play confidently and prepare for private lessons.

  • Fee: $100 per month

  • Group size: 3-6 students

  • Instrument: Keyboard/piano provided
