Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling: You can email OMS Administration at opusmusicinfo@gmail.com, or do it through your MyMusicStaff Student Portal to cancel or reschedule a lesson. We DO NOT accept cancellations or rescheduling through phone calls, text messages, or social media such as WeChat, Facebook, or Instagram…etc.
Make-up Lessons: We offer EIGHT(8) free make-up lessons per year, but you need to let us know at least 24 hours in advance before you cancel a lesson, otherwise it will be considered a no-show and hence not eligible for a free make-up lesson. Lessons cancelled by OMS are automatically eligible for make-up lessons.
Substitute Teacher: When the regular lesson instructor is absent, we will find another highly qualified substitute teacher to teach that lesson. If a highly qualified substitute teacher cannot be provided, OMS will arrange a make-up lesson for you ASAP or provide a tuition credit which can be used in your following month’s invoice.
Withdrawal Policy: OMS require professional notice to manage our faculty’s schedules.
30-Day Notice: To discontinue lessons, a Withdrawal Form must be submitted electronically to opusmusicinfo@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled lesson.
Final Payment: If the 30-day notice is not provided, the full tuition for the following month remains due and payable. Notice given to the instructor via text or verbal conversation is not considered an official withdrawal.
Inclement Weather: Make-up lessons will be provided if the lessons are cancelled due to inclement weather. The specific make up lesson date/time will be shared via emails.
Disclaimers:
Liability: OMS is not liable for bodily injuries or lost personal belongings on school premises.
